About Me

Zach has been a leadership coach, trainer, facilitator, and presenter for more than a decade. During this time, he has led and consulted with organizations in multiple sectors. Zach’s research, work, and presentations incorporate his deep interests in transformational leadership, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, organizational culture and climate, and systems thinking. He is a certified emotional intelligence leadership coach/consultant for leaders of all sectors as well as a certified Advanced Systems Thinking Facilitator and a trained mindfulness teacher. Zach lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico where he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, two daughters, and a community of friends.

Zach is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, an opt-in research community of business professionals.

My Approach

I use the frameworks of Transformational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness & Systems Thinking with individuals and organizations to support the work of building collaborative capacity, positive organizational culture and creativity.

For Individuals

I help people become more aware about their strengths and their patterns so they can make decisions in their work and life that better serve them and those around them. The coaching I do illuminates the places where people are stuck and gives them tools (practices, habits, communication tools, and behavioral change tactics) to move forward toward effective collaboration and/or leadership.

For Groups

I facilitate interactive discussions and workshops that help teams understand the patterns and strengths that are present in the organization. We leverage these strengths to improve communication, implement collaborative problem-solving, and foster positive connections. Each of these elements of the work adds to a thriving high-functioning workplace.
